In Weblayout-View with zoom-factor set to 110%, scrolling down with mouse
pushing on the scrollbar produces stochastically horizontal lines within the
text, making it somewhat badly readable. 
But any redraw of the OO-Text window (i.e. switching to another application and
then switching back) removes the stochastic lines.

Some time later this did not occur any more. Maybe the text-formatting
(line-heights ...) was still working in the background?
