A field linked to a database of incrementing numbers skips one number per page. In my case, there are 8 records per page, therefore the printout reads: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10... The problem as I found it: when there are to much lines /paragraphs on a page, combined with to many lines with fields that need to be filled with data from the database, the filling of the fields does not work. * Test: use ods as datasource, and a table with more rows, and a few fields on each row, combined with a next-record field. * When the table reaches the bottom of the page and/or there are to many paragraphs/lines on the page, the fields will not be filled (Tools|Mail Merge Wizard Step 8 ) I will attach my simple ODS and some test documents. The ods is tst_MM_limitation.ods. The odb is tst_MM_limitation.obd. The test documents have names tst_MM_limitation_n.odt There is a table with fields in a part of the rows. The astonishing results: n rowswith fields filled after merge I 18 10 10 II 18 12 12 III 19 12 5 IV 18 14 14 V 18 14 3 I found this while working for a cursomer in a different document.
