It should correct misused formatting to achieve standard paragraph beginning. 1, If there is a consistent block of text (2 lines or more) with no line break within, ended by line break, it should be considered a paragraph. 2, If the block starts with numbering or bulleting, it should remain unaffected by the option. Even the textual numbering and bulleting should be considered as regular. For example, if the block begins with - or with a pattern, where first symbol is a letter a-z or 0-9, and second symbol is from symbols ),/. then it should be considered a numbering or bulleting and thus not affected by this option either. 3, If the block starts directly with text, not with any numbering or bulleting, then a TAB symbol should be placed before the first line of the block to achieve appropriate formatting of paragraph. 4, If the block starts with multiple spacebars placed together, then user probably needed to create TAB-like beginning of paragraph.
