I attached a file to demonstrate the problem.

By using the navigator also frames can be modified. At this way all content that
is inserted into a protected section (tables, frames, graphics, ...) can be
renamed and deleted.

MRU-OS: A table located in protected section should not be able to be edited.
It is possible to change properties in the Table properties and the Number
format dialogs. It should not be possible to open these dialogs in a protected
section.
