The complete patch didn't apply properly to m214, so I restricted myself to the
initialization of the two variables that the compiler complained about, then
m214 compiled without further errors.

(tl38 is flagged as non-public, so not buildable by tinderbox/buildbot)

Fixed in CWS tl38.

I found about 6 warnings before those lines about unused formal parameters.
I wonder how those got in the code. After all 4 different compilers must have
missed those for that to happen, otherwise it would be a kind of merge problem
which I am not assuming...
Anyway, I checked in a new version of the file.

Thus a build should upgrade to the version used in this CWS (CWS tl38) or merge
the differences: 
new revision: 1.15.32.1; previous revision: 1.15
