If you go to Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > User Data, there is an Address form there that you can populate with company and personal information. This information can subsequently be used by the Business Card wizard. Now if you go to File > New > Business Cards and select the Private tab, you can see the personal, non-company information that you entered into the Address form under step 1, above. In addition to this you are given the opportunity to enter a second name. In order to populate a business card with this information the next step is to select the Business Cards tab. Finally, you should be able to select "Business Card, Home" from the pull down menu that appears under the Auto Text - Section. This is the menu selection item that is missing. I know this item is missing because the Help system makes explicit reference to this item under the Help for the private tab. It is reproduced below: Private Contains personal contact information for business cards that use a layout from a 'Business Card, Home' category. The help text you attached is concerning a TAB, not concerning a pulldown item. I also checked 2.0.2 and 1.1.4 - no additional pulldown item visible. So I close this issue as INVALID. Please feel free to reopen this issue if you can provide conclusive hints that online help contains a pulldown item missing in the GUI. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. If you select the Business Cards tab, there is a imbeded pull down menu at the bottom left of the window that is labeled Auto Text - Section. That pull down menu has an item that is missing. There should be a menu item called "Business Cards, Home." In the last several releases of the software only the item called "Business Cards, Work" has appeared. I am going to try to attach a screen shot of the Business Cards window to show you where to go looking for this problem. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. If you access the "Business Card" wizard (template) and select the Business Card tab you are presented with two option menus, "Content" and "AutoText - Section." According to the documentation, the pull down menu for the AutoText - Section should have entries for Business Card, Work and Business Card, Home. The Business Card, Home category is missing. As a result, the information that is entered under the Private tab cannot be accessed. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
