It's a nice idea, but afaik it's not something that book publishers bother with - I quickly found examples of 'a' for example at the end of lines. For your own purposes, if you have the skills, you could consider creating a simple macro to do this editing for you. This will give you what you want. If it happens that such letter is left at the end of line this looks ugly. I can fix it by placing hard space (Ctrl+Space) between such one letter word and next word but this is dumb.
