This one just calls for the representation of the gaps between pages and the margins to be shrunken to make better use of screen real-estate. It is the capability to hide upper and bottom margins with header and footer content. During this the layout is kept printing layout. If I click in MSO on the gray gap between two succeeding pages then - the gray gap - the headers - the footers - and the upper/bottom margins of the pages disappear. In this way I can see more from the interesting part of the document and the other parts are hidden.
