I was able to reproduce this bug on OOo 2.0.4 (linux), 2.2.1 (linux, win) and 2.3 (linux, win). Here is how to reproduce: 1) open the attached document crashWhenAccessingTextFieldMaster.odt and allow macro-execution 2) open the navigator-windows (eg. by pressing F5) 3) call the attached macro by pressing the button in the document. This leads OOo to crash.
