Common use of labels is not well documented in the help.

I miss for instance how to add an extra page of labels to the single sheet that
is made with file new labels. That is often necessary when labels are filled
individualy and not by a merge with a database. Make sure that non-printable
characters are visible. These markers (ΒΆ)can hardly be seen when the labelsheet
has no margins. Put the cursor before the paragraph marker that is right of the
last (bottom right) label. Press ctrl-enter, or Insert new page, to make a
new page. Copy all labels on the first page (ctrl-a, ctrl-c) to the second page
(ctrl-v).

Second I miss: How to make that the text on a label is centered vertically. That
is only possible when first a frame for the text is made and that can be
centered.

Maybe it is good to emphasize that labels themselves are frames (and not like in
Word) table cells.
