Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the attached document 2. Go into the first note and set the cursor to line '20'. 3. Go back to the text. 4. Move the mouse pointer over the first note and use the mousewheel to scroll the note content to the top 5. Click on line '10'. Expected result: The cursor is set to line 10 in the Note Window. Current result: The cursor is set to line 14. The Note content has moved, but the scrollbar still shows top of the note content.
