The more important problem/defect is why does OOo creates such a document with such useless positioning values. I propose to close this issue as WONTFIX. Then, we (especially mince) should try to find out the reproducible steps how OOo (newest version) creates such documents and post them in a new issue. Then I will find the root cause and fix it. After opening the document it takes a little time until formatted, but then, only blank document will be show and heavy paint errors will be displayed when scrolling.
