Summary:
In previous versions to 2.4.0, the Navigator could be viewed using F5 if it was
not docked when entering Full Screen mode. This is no longer possible, but no
notes could be found in the Issue Tracker, release notes or specifications to
say that this is now the expected behavior. It seems to be a bug introduced with
2.4.0.
