Such a document can not be represented in ODF 1.0/1.1 using list element property text:continue-numbering. It can be represented in ODF 1.2 using list element properties text:id and text:continue-list. On exporting such a document to ODF 1.0/1.1 the information that the 3rd list continues the 1st list is lost.
