Looks like a repaint problem (see attached screenshot). *This* is fixed in the CWS. But what you describe is anchor somewhere els as note - I cannot reproduce it. Some more comments: When deleting note 1, change tracking must be on, the note should get a cross but still be visible. Then hit Changes-Show-Off, so do not turn off change tracking, but hide the stuff deleted from change tracking, note 1 should disappear.
