My steps: 1.Open new document. 2.Tools - Options - OpenOffice.org Writer - View 3.Check radiobox Smooth scroll 4.Click button OK 5.Click on the scroll bar itself at right side of page. Release the mouse button. The scroll moves up or down (depents of the its position). II.
