If we cannot reproduce this problem we cannot fix it. Try to find a sample document (a previvious saved version of the document that crashed) with which this is reproducible and give a step-by-step description of what you do to cause the crash. When I restarted it, it asked me if I wanted to recover the file I was editing. I said yes, but the result has been that I lost all the equations (formulae) in the document. Only the placeholders remained.
