Thus, there is nothing to fix here. Please use ODF 1.2 file format to stored the document, as MRU already suggested. But, I will attach a changed document, which has not the explicit set empty list style at paragraph style Heading. Though in XML code all Heading paragraphs belong to text:list text:style-name=Outline, but from page 4 on the Heading 2 paragraphs are no longer text:h text:style-name=Heading_20_2 but text:h text:style-name=P11. Is this correct when saving as ODF 1.1?
