To repair the document, first change to Print Layout. Then select the object via navigator, open context menu, item 'Object'. On tab 'Type' click on 'Original Size'. To make it more explicit...goto the navigator and navigate to the last OLE, you'll see its not available, and after following the above procedures (the example one), it'll be available. Now this might not always be true...I mean the bug might not appear at times, however keep trying in different times of the day, and it might appear all of a sudden.
