Also true: Re-reducing the entry to "Spelling" would promise spell check functionality that is not there in all cases: (1) Because OOo only comes with "only" a set of spell checkers, spelling for "other" languages need the installation of the respective extension. (2) Not all languages that can be set have a spellchecker extension. Sorry, but in total, this issue is a user error.
