Setting this back to 100% will solve the problem. Do you still have the incorrectly shown box at 100%? Then please, what resolution dou you run on your Mac? This is a different problem than the "Language boxes"; please file a new issue for "Graphic cache box" (for "Framework" component) if this still occurs on your system at 100% scaling.
