zhangxiaofei: I currently do not understand what is going wrong here. I did some
changes for deliver.pl in m216, but unrelated (as I think) to what you get. And
up to now no one else reported similar problems. So I need some more 
information.
- Could you build earlier milestones in a similar environment without this 
error?
- Is the error reproducible? Please change dir into
/cygdrive/f/OOo/SRC680_m216/automation and call 
  'deliver'
- What is in wntmsci10.pro/bin? Please do 
  'ls automation/wntmsci10.pro/bin/test*'
- could you please also give me the out of
  'deliver -force -check'
  (called in automation directory).
