Currently the default timeout for internet/proxy connection is 3 min.

When copying content from a website (e.g., a picture) and pasting it into a text
document but the server is not responding, then user doesn't know whats going on
because the office is stuck.

This should be changed, so that the user is able to setup his own value:

- Create a respective inputbox in "Tools - Options - Internet - Proxy"
- Replace the fixed 3 min. timeout with a value that the user can define
- Make this visible in the XCU config files to have it a global configuration
- Default value should be still the 3 min. (or better 180 sec.)
