Cannot reproduce the problem with Hebrew UI. Static text labels seem mostly OK. The only place I discovered so far was in Calc, in a new document: Data, Filter, Auto Filter - Displays error message box with label cut off at the end. Loading the English UI after that shows the same problem, so this should definitely be a different problem.
