2005 -------
Open online help, tab "Find" enter search term "base" and check "complete words
only". In search results click on "Additional Settings". You find search results
marked, which are not the single word "base" but have "base" as a part of it.

In English this might be not a very great problem, because such words are seldom
and you get only a few wrong results. In German it is bad, because we have a lot
of compound words and so get a lot of wrong results.
