I think the following is applicable to the menu bar of all components of OOo
(e.g. Writer, Calc):
When the file name becomes very long, the window button of the menu bar may
not show the full name (if the screen width is short).
Maybe the name should show a part of it but a tooltip or something similar
should display the full name.
