What was missing were the translations in localize.sdf, that due to the database background and its merge processes can't be touched in a CWS, neither in a MWS, otherwise would get overwritten by the next merge from database. According to the comments in the CWS the file langtab.src (moved from svx to
svtools) needed to be merged manually when the mentioned CWS was to be
integrated.
This did not happen.
Now we have lost all changes of that file in svx between the latest correct
resync of that CWS and the master.
What would have been required at the point of integration was that the complete
PairedList [ en-US ] =
{
}
from the file still residing in svx in m237 needed to replace the PairedList in
the langtab.src from svtools.
That missing step needs to be done now.
Also it needs to be checked that when building m238 no other CWS that made
changes to the svx version of that file got integrated. Otherwise those very
changes need to be done manually as well to the new file in svtools.
