I could only shoot in the dark: OS version, Machine or graphic driver (version, settings, overload), System UI settings (Fonts, sizes, activated gizzmos and gimmicks), what processes run beside the office... A sometimes surprinsingly feasible question is "who-built-those-builds and how?"... This is kind of problematic issue, because it doesn't happen always. It's quite hard to reproduce it.
