Hi list, my sound doesn't work anymore... Everything worked fine until a week or so, but then alsa stopped working. Whatever I try to play, aplay: conf.c:3144: snd_config_iterator_first: Assertion `node->type == SND_CONFIG_TYPE_COMPOUND' failed. that error comes up...
I'm using alsa 1.0.10-r3 in gentoo, linux-2.6.15-ck2, with an cmipci card... I hope somebody can help me, I need sound for working...
