Hi, Qin, Med, and ALTO WG,
We have updated a new version of the MoWIE draft, which have been uploaded
yesterday, so any comments or feedback are welcome before or during the IETF
115.

According to some comments from Med based on the last IETF meeting, we have
made some updates, and also some further updates based on our further research
and practice, e.g., convergence of 5G network architecture and IETF ALTO.
To Qin/Med: Since it is a non-charter item, I would like to ask if I
can present at the IETF 115 ALTO Session with ten minutes slot.
