3.1.2 Windows binary

Does anyone know when the 3.1.2 Windows binary will be available?  It is
not listed at http://www.zmanda.com/download-amanda.php

3.1.2 is patch release to 3.1.1. Windows binary for 3.1.1 is the
latest binary and works with
3.1.2 Amanda server.
