amrecover: warning: using /dev/null as the tape device will not work

Here's your problem (as it tells you). 'man amrecover' on how to specify
the tape device, and search the list archives for the 'tape device' to
specify for tapeless operation.

Extracting files using tape drive /dev/null on host admin1.corp.walid.com.

Ummm, /dev/null makes for a really bad tape drive :-).

Try the -d option on amrecover.

When you run amrecover, you'll have to specify the tape drive to be
used on the tape server.
