You can't, newer version can do it easily.
Easiest solution is to create a simlink:
cd /disk1/vmuser
ln -s Virtual\ Machines/puck Virtual_Machines/puck
and backup "/disk1/vmuser/Virtual_Machines/puck"
New newer release, you can do:
host "/disk1/vmuser/Virtual Machines/puck" comp-user-tar
