Hi --
I've got a test config of amanda, which works okay with
dump. I've switched one disklist entry to use GNUTAR,
and can't get that to work yet.
I *think* the problem lies in this area:
sendsize.20020522155439.debug
...removed...
calculating for amname '/usr', dirname '/usr'
sendsize: getting size via gnutar for /usr level 0
opening /usr/local/var/amanda/gnutar-lists/bdback.fnal.gov_usr_0.new:
No such file or directory
calculating for amname '/var', dirname '/var'
and it has already moved on to the next disk.
One of the amandad.*.debug files shows this disk as not having a size estimate:
/ 0 SIZE 49721
/usr 0 SIZE -1
/var 0 SIZE 2875
What parameter tells gnutar where this file should go?
(It's the first time, so of course it won't exist, but I imagine the
directory has to exist . and I don't HAVE a /usr/local/var... )
I do have these parameters defined:
infofile /usr/local/etc/amanda/logs/test4/curinfo # database DIRECTORY
logdir /usr/local/etc/amanda/logs/test4 # log directory
indexdir /usr/local/etc/amanda/logs/test4/index # index directory
tapelist /usr/local/etc/amanda/logs/test4/tapelist# list of used tapes
