[AMRadio] Stancor 60N Transmitter Meter Positions

2004-09-11 Thread Tom Elmore
Now that I have received a lot of great responses about the 60N
transmitter I was just given I have another question. Does anyone know what
the meter switch is indicating in it's 3 positions.
I think position #1 is oscillator current and #2 is grid current of the
final amp and position #3
is cathode current of the final amp. Does this sound right to anyone.

Thank You

Thank you to everyone who responded via postings and private e-mails.

... He mentioned

that he had a 20-foot shipping container's worth of the equipment
sitting in his warehouse, the business owner would love to get rid of!

...

He is planning to move to Eastern Tennessee in the not too distant
future, and would not mind putting a few of them onto the moving truck
for me. This is what prompted my question to the list.

I am intrigued by the ones you said ran a kw. Those would make someone a
nice QRO rig for 160. If you find any more info on those transmitters,
please post on the Reflector.
