Remember, since no one owns a frequency, it's best to pick a range of
frequencies (i. e. 3860 to 3890 etc.) rather than a set of specific
frequencies.

Try this link. It has a pretty good list of contests and activities. It does 
not include operating events like submarine activations or special event 
stations. I would guess the ARRL list of special event stations along with 
this link will give you as much info as possible.
