[amsat-bb] Re: ISS Timeline
Although it does say that the P6 truss arrived several years before the P3, P4 and P5 to which it is connected so the details seem a bit astray. Jeff Thomas wrote: Pretty interesting. [amsat-bb] Re: iss freq? 145.800 or 145.825
The correct operational frequencies are listed here http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/station/reference/radio/ I would note that the ISS has not been very active on any mode since Exp 18 crew left (with the exception of the school contacts). [amsat-bb] Re: DSTAR vs AO-51
Gentlemen, Please do not use D-Star via AO-51. If you want to try D-Star on satellite right now, use AO-27 where the control ops welcome it, or request some time set aside on AO-51 via the ao51-modes email address. The repeater modes on AO-51 are for analog voice only unless otherwise designated in the monthly schedule. Request some time on a second repeater to try the mode and it -will- be approved, but do not mix it up with the analog users. 73, Drew KO4MA AMSAT-NA VP Operations -Original Message- From: Luc Leblanc luclebla...@videotron.ca Sent: Apr 25, 2009 5:27 PM To: kb1...@gmail.com Cc: amsat-bb@amsat.org Subject: [amsat-bb] Re: DSTAR vs AO-51 On 25 Apr 2009 at 19:18, Dave Webb KB1PVH wrote: Hey Luc, I can TX on DSTAR tonight, but I do not have the S mode capability.
