Hi Vince, KB7ADL According with the ARRL Handbook the meaning of QSO is : Question: Can you communicate with.........direct or by relay ? Answere: I can communicate with ...........direct (or by relay through.........) The above implies to have another person on the other side or you can made a QSO by your self via satellite if it has an onboard thansponder.
