Keep in mind that those videos while involving students are not ARISS contacts. ARISS is audio only. NASA has a similar program they operate which runs thru the TDRS system which provides two way audio and video down. The video you saw could have been one of many of the same type of videos. NASA conducts many PAO contacts for news media. It sounds like that is what you saw. Try looking on the NASA website. If you know the expedition number you may find it in the archives.
