Hello Rupert. Unless you have paid 178.75 dollars, which is the price to ship to Europe by UPS, then I suspect you will not receive the arrow antenna. You need the lower paypal link, not the top one. If you tried to call them yesterday (Monday, January 19, 2010) it was a Federal Holiday here in the States.
