Thank you for your reply and correction of my 'arrogant' post.
I do not think that was a problem of tropospheric scatter, since HB9OAB was
heard during the whole pass. May be, as OZ1MY has pointed out, there were
100's of station trying to enter and the receiver could not demodulate any
of them. At low elevation, when in the footprint were only Greece, Italy and
Ucraine, QSOs were made easily and with strong signals.
We look forward for the next passes to understand the problem.
