Modify the celestrak.sqf file and add the line below http://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt Save it and go to 'update keps' and klick on that link and chose update. That chose the tle-new.txt in the satelite menu and add the satellites you want.

I can't get any working keps for rs-30 into satpc32, it just crashes after what looks like an iterative calculation that doesn't work. This is true for the RS-30 keps today at: http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasabare.txt and for the YUBILEINY keps (same satellite) just uploaded onto the bb.
