Matt...my suggestion is to delete version 12a and get the latest version off the website, as I have no problems with v12b. Also, my HO-67 uses the same data, $3F,1 not what you have. See what others say, as dont depend on this old guy, hi. I hate to ask the obvious, but you ARE clicking the T button in the upper left section of the SatPC32 screen to turn the subtone on, right? (and on SO-50, clicking a second time to toggle between the two tones if necessary...) Hi Matt, Just to double check---do you have the sub-tone option turned ON?
