[analog-help] Can analog handle these types of log please?
I am trying to get my website provider at Supanames.co.uk to provide a log that includes the facility to provide stats that include what the user searched for, they provide the following, a sample below and I have run Analog and Report Magic successfully, see http://www.hcmr-photos.org/statistics/index.html. [analog-help] Re: Monthly Reports
Hi, I have almost a year's worth of logfile data. What I would like to do is see how the top 10 requested html pages changes on a month by month basis. * At the moment, I have editted the analog.cfg file to include all the LOGFILES in the analysis. * It generates a Request Report but I can't see this month by month, and the Monthly Summary doesn't go into this level of detail Do I need to create a config file for each month and run analog each time, or is there a cleverer way of doing this with some commands in the analog config file? Thanks in advance for any help! Much appreciated! The Search Reports are based on the Referrer field. You sample log entries include the referrer field, so Analog can list the search words used at defined Search sites.
