You're lacking knowledge about developing for Android, developing in
Java, or programming in general?
Where do I start? Where can I find information on how to start making
Apps?
If you are new to Java, I would start by learning the basics of Java
*outside* of Android. Android is just weird enough that it will cause
you problems as you try to work through general-purpose Java programming
exercises. There are innumerable books on Java programming (_Head First
Java_, by Kathy Sierra, seems popular), plus scads of online tutorials
-- let your search engine do the walking.
Once you feel reasonably comfortable with Java, then dive into Android.
There are a few books on Android development, plus the official tutorials:
http://code.google.com/android/intro/hello-android.html
http://code.google.com/android/intro/tutorial.html
plus all of the samples that come with the Android developer toolkit:
http://code.google.com/android/download.html
plus all of the tutorials you find on anddev.org and on the Planet
Android blogroll:
http://www.planetandroid.com/
And, of course, ask questions here!
