Of course, basicly everything is opensourced, with exception of some of the Google Apps (mostly the ones releated to google services, like gmail, gmaps etc.). Android Source Homepage: http://source.android.com/ However, you need to set up Git and get the complete sourcecode afaik (~2 GB). Problem is, Git is for Linux and setting it up in windows is bit more complicated, as you either need to run Linux on a virtual machine to grab it or you install CygWin and get git to work there.
