Hi, I am Using Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V phone its having 2.3.4 Gingerbread operating system, however the phone keeps on restarting when i use a heavy program like game and at times just like that.
When i contacted the service center it said to restart the phone i have been doing that more than twice a day, even i remove the memory card still the issue is unresolved and i don't think the service center will help me as its software issue for all phones. Kindly help me to resolve this problem as the phone suddenly gets off.
