[android-developers] App Store Listings (Pictures?)

Are we not able to upload pictures of the app?  I couldn't find any
place to do this.

If not, how is the user supposed to know anything about the app before
buying?

I don't see a place to upload an app icon or photos.
Is there now way for users to see screens of your app before they buy
it?
