Job Description: Developers are responsible for design, development and configuration of functionality on the Salesforce platform using capabilities like Omni Studio, Apex, Visualforce and LWC. Developers will be involved in tasks such as creating objects, fields and workflows to support business processes, setting up user permissions and security controls, integrating Salesforce with External systems. The developers work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to understand the requirements for new functionality and use their technical skills to build the solution using Salesforce tools. The role also requires troubleshooting, issue resolution as well as deployment of solutions to development, QA and Production environments. Developers will learn how to use the Salesforce Platform to meet the business needs with the provided User Interface. They will also learn to customize the application by writing custom code to extend the functionality to accomplish business objectives through the development framework provided by the Salesforce Platform.
