Hi I'm going to publish my first app as paid one, but sadly i realized that i may have problems to get paid from China.
Before I paid that $25 dollars i just need to make sure: Can i provide my Chinese bank account detail with my Chinese billing/ posting address? China is excluded from the country list in the google checkout application form.
